- Your full name and contact details
- The vehicle registration number, where relevant
- The date of purchase, hire or enquiry
- A clear description of your complaint
- Copies of any relevant documents or correspondence
- What you would like us to do to resolve the matter
What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve straightforward concerns as quickly as possible.
Where further investigation is required, we will:
- Review the information you have provided.
- Speak with the relevant team members and third parties where necessary.
- Keep you informed of our progress.
- Provide you with a clear written response explaining our findings and proposed resolution.
We aim to issue our final response within eight weeks of receiving a complaint, different timescales may apply in certain instances however we will always keep you informed.
Vehicle sales, servicing and general complaints
We will always try to resolve your complaint directly and fairly.
Where we cannot reach an agreement, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider.
Your legal rights
Using our complaints procedure does not affect your statutory or legal rights.
